When I look at what the media and academia offer for my viewing / educational pleasure, it would seem that society has devolved into a form of madness.  I came across the below video and thought to myself, “Hmmm, this is a pretty good image of what appears to be going on within society.”  I’ve spoken with friends and co-workers about how society seems to follow a common pattern; free and thriving societys form and over time devolve into the typical nobel vs peasant structure.  I’d never really thought through what caused that cycle but “A Killing of the Mind” seems to touch on what may generally be that cause.  Now, I am working this through both in thought and writing so don’t have a solid opinion at this point but this is an interesting watch.
